I have been meaning to write about this DIY outfit that I stumbled upon over the summer. I love getting bags of giant ugly clothing because you never know what kind of gems can be created. Please excuse the filth on the mirror, I do have a 5 year old, but anyways, I found the shirt that I have on in a bag that came from one of my mom’s friends believe it or not it was long sleeved and HIDEOUS so as me and my mom were cracking up looking at the clothes I decided to grab a pair of scissors and this is what I came up with. Ironically in one of my Internet browsing frenzy’s I found the shirt pictures above to the left, which looks very much like the ugly shirt I cut to make more feminine. I am always trying to make an ugly item actually cute. I believe that there are no ugly clothes you just have to know how to style it. While my baby sis was here from Canada, I decided to wear the shirt on a casual night out paired with my favorite boyfriend blaze, I was pretty proud how the outfit turned out, paired with some leggings and bold jewelry. By baby sis Faith pictured with me is wearing a top from H&M that we both own and literally live, if it wasn’t for her I would have never fallen in love with the store.
